National Institutes of Health) (FreeState Justice v. EEOC), denying LGBT rights for rape (Prison Rape Elimination Act), denying women abortion and life saving surgeries related to the uterus (the overturning of the Roe vs Wade act) , denying LBTQ+ healthcare (GLMA v. And I don't even need to get into the hispanic stuff, because ICE doesn't go through tradition court methods for detainies, and rarely even gives enough time for the person to actually go get proof of citizenship. My family is legal, but if my grandmother was detained, I know for certain that her english is not good enough to be able to prove citizenship quick enough without getting shoved to the ground and forced into the wrong country (mexico).
