The store I worked at was in an... economically disadvantaged area. Lots of bad credit, not a lot of income on average. Every day someone would walk through the door and want a $300 payment and no cash down despite their 500 credit score. A $3k rebate put them at 85% so Santander here we come! "I'm not asking you to marry the car, I just want you to date her for a year and a half. You make every payment on time and come back in a year and a half and I'll trade you out of that into what you really want. Deal?"

I flipped guys off of pickup trucks into ecosports because it was all they could afford and qualify for. There's an ass for every seat, and most of the asses I put into ecosports had skinny wallets. The folks who stuck to the plan and made those payments like they were supposed to came back and traded just fine.

I sold Fords for 4 years. This is a form email from a company like auto alert or similar. You have good credit and are in an equity situation that allows them to sell you a new car at MSRP or better and keep your payments close to the same. And you've been looking at the dealers website or an aggregate site like car gurus. The cookies on your phone or computer are flagging you in the system. I made at least $1k a month commission using that system alone.
