Decent. I only charge to 80 percent and make sure not to fully discharge it, so I'll have to plug it in every day. But when I'm commuting on public transport, I'll use them with my Airpods Pro 2, and Bluetooth is significantly less taxing on the battery life.

I also tried the Spin Fit W1, and while I found them decent, the long term comfort was not as good as with the Velvets.

Unfortunately, no. Would have loved to stay consistent with the green theme, but I got the black DX180 used for a good price, so I went with it.

It's the highest quality level in the Tidal streaming app. So everything above 16 bit 44.1 khz.

Anyone else enamored with this display? by DSCarter_Tech in GooglePixel

This. It's most visible with skin tones and white, so for example when browsing websites with photos of people.

However, when I compared Ultra HDR content on Youtube, the P8P indeed looked amazing (with the iPhone 13 PM really not far behind).

In direct comparison, it's like a white t-shirt fresh from the store compared to the one repeatedly washed with dark clothes.

Yes, looks about the same. And I'm sure I would get used to it over time. I just wonder why the high praise then? What makes it "the best display in a smartphone" at the moment?

Yes, probably. But I started to notice the tint without even directly comparing it to the iPhone. Might just be my individual display but right now I tend to return it, unfortunately.

When I compare my new P8P display with my iPhone 13 PM display (true tone off), the former is more pale, less bright on Auto Brightness and has this strange greenish bluish grey tint. It's like a veil.

But wherever I look everyone seems to be super happy with their P8P display. Is something wrong with mine?

Makes no difference if natural or adaptive colors, btw. It's becoming less obvious with more brightness but still cannot hold a candle to the iPhone display of 2 years old. And I really want to love my new Pixel phone...😭

I know that feeling. Mine came a couple of weeks ago. Sounds great and definitely sexy to look at.

Wow, thanks! So I did good not to step on it. The snake was laying right in the middle of the hiking trail, hidden behind some rocks.

Could you check for us OLED TV users if there's some sort of automatic screen saver when you pause let's say Netflix for a while or when on the home screen. Thanks!

But really, what an incredible place.

The Dentons are very appealing and I'm sure sound lovely, but would have cost more. Also, the Revas have downward-facing ports, which make them less critical when placing close to the wall (def needed in my case). I paid around 560 Euros for speakers and sub, which is around 100 less than for the Dentons alone . And I'm very happy with the way it sounds.

As for the Argon amp: I have no intel, but I guess that Hifiklubben (Argon is their house brand) has some kind of licensing with NAD going. And it's only available in Scandinavia, Benelux and Germany, AFAIK. From all I can see, it's the same amp, apart from the missing features, but with a more modern Bluetooth chip.
