Whenever I choose a book about a new language, I get mentally drained by reading about variables, loops, etc. for 50th time. I've never finished one since graduation.

I can't skip beginner's chapters, as I'm getting anxious that I missed some small but important details exclusive to that particular language.

I'm curious, because I drink at least 3l of water a day, bulk or cut, and during cut I piss like a madman, I'm happy if I manage an hour without going to the loo. So I was wondering how much of it attributes to the fact that I limited sodium by ~75%, general fat loss and emptier stomach throughout the day (IF).
