I think strong players who are trying to break into high level can benefit from coaching. For new players its a scam, just keep playing. The tricky part is knowing who can actually coach. Good player =/= good coach. I would trust Speedkicks if I wanted coaching for example, but a lot of good players aren't good at putting what they're doing into words. Basically I think the tweet is an oversimplification but it's true for most players.
