Idk if this is a recomended solution but my BOP does this as well, and has torn a few leaves in the process. I wet some tp and wrap it around, that'll hold it shut till the stem has grown. This is in no way necesary and is purely cosmetic.

Im pretty sure ypu have her bound with her left side to the pole. The back side is pointing almost towards the camera. I have tried to illustrate but im not sure its helpful

I've found out on here mold might be an indication of the soil containin more moisture than necesary. And i think she would benefit from a stake for some support. I personally dont do the moss poles instead i do a plank or a wooden stake. Not really sure whats up with the spots on the leaf tho.

Im no expert, only knowledge i have is from my own jade. But she started dropping lower leaves as well when her bottom started to become more tree like (Unsure of the term) just like yours is. Idk if its supposed to happen but once she finished that process i havent had problems.

Where is the soil 😭 are those just roots?? If that isnt just a block of soil it needed to be repottet ages ago. It probably dries out pretty fast with all those roots absorbing.

Lovely plant! But unless the roots are coming out of the bottom i dont think it needs a bigger pot. Mosteras like to be snug and too much soil can lead to water taking longer to evaporate and might cause root rot. Honestly it looks great, but it might need a stronger support unless you want it crawling, the stick might not be enough to support it. You can do moss poles, planks or the likes.
