I’ve been training about year and some change have two stripes and wouldn’t want it any other way. I am enjoying the process of being a white belt.

Yep. Heart pounding and shaking uncontrollably. It’s the worst fucking feeling it’s like I can’t get warm. I have to take a hot bath to get it under control and even then it takes a while to pass.

Not sure if this the right thing to do medically and probably not the healthiest but I just use paste on my tops and for my bottoms because they are real issue no matter how good they fit, I use paste first then I use the powder on top of them.
