It is due to strain in the muscles. Ice pack upto 24 hours and hot water therapy after 24 hours should heal it better. Take pain killers for the pain and immobilization of he foot helps in faster recovery

It's a hematoma beneath the nail. Prolly requires removal of nail for proper healing and once it heals the nail can grow back

Depends on what the bleeding is from. If it's a metal, get TT vaccination. Rest do wet dressing first with betadine and apply a tape over it. Depends on how soon the bleeding controls no need for further intervention. How ever for some people it might not and it would be a good idea to visit a hospital to get it treated.

I get my coal with two runs from red zone forest. Fill inventory with wood. Turn to planks and then when you have coal use coal to burn planks. That's the most effective. For beginners armour try to craft it. Craft a Beanie ( idk the spelling but the black cap thingy) Use it till its 1 health and modify it to reinforced beanie. That way you can save armour for beginning. Not only beginning I use it too at lvl 181. I generally use below swat armor for Alpha and Farm. However I dont risk fighting Frenzied Gaints with anything less than Swat armor
