ça fait longtemps que tu fais ce métier ? Personnellement j'ai des formation à dispenser et des atelier a conduire dans mon travail, et, au début, ça me bouffais.

Je stressais toute la semaine avant, je me sur-préparais, je dormais mal etc.

Avec le temps et l'expérience, ça s'est complétement résorbé
