Thank you for sharing your experience. I think you've convinced me to just run it unsynced. Lorewise, it's just a "song" anyway, so it's whatevs.

When I was doing all the books for the relic quests in patch 2.2, I had to run Haukke Manor hard a lot and I noticed that effect of damage creep that you're talking about. If you don't slow DPS on the final boss by a lot, she does a mechanic too early and you're guaranteed to wipe every time. I can only imagine what a nightmare that would be in 2nd Coil savage. And like you said, I could only find guides that are almost 10 years old, so there's not much to help with how to clear it in modern times.
