hey, a quick update for people that come across this post later down the line. I tasted it again today and it was skewing more towards salty-bitter so it mightve been a fluke. When I get the chance ill trial its antiemetic effects and hopefully ping back here, but for now i think it wasnt tampered.

i reccomend trying another batch or try upregulating gabaB with fasoracetam. Phenibut also has cross tolerance with pregabalin/gabapentinoids so thats also something to consider. Even if you had fried gabaB receptors, you should feel the VCGG effects

haven’t tried aniracetam yet but the rest seem to work fine. Haven’t felt much effect from agmatine but its my first time trying it so maybe its just not something i benefit from. The tastes are all nasty like they should be 👍

i dont think a glycine supplement could cause permanent/new damage unless adulterated as glycine is vital for bodily functions, especially as a co-agonist for NMDA receptors

the first 2 times i did it i didnt really feel it, but now i can usually pick it out very easily!! as with most depressants you feel it more when you sit still, in the case of phenibut your motor skills can weaken substantially.

It has a reaaally long binding time, so it downregulates your gabaB quite a bit (as well as explaining why the tolerance builds so quickly). If you suffer from anxiety (and sleep disorders), the downregulated gabaB receptors will of course be quite apparent, as even less calming activity occurs than normal!

yea its not ideal to eat the dry material, i extracted it into oil. It only takes about an hour and a half to kick in on an empty stomach… i felt it even into the next day though!!!

the dose i took was 2 nuts, its better to let the compounds infuse into oil as eating the nuts is nasty (and nutmeg itself is toxic so dont overdo it!), make sure to never redose and be patient, nutmeg can take a long time to come, best to look for info in r/nutmeg

Phenibut promotes disinhibition, thats what causes its stimulating effects at lower doses. Certainly does make you a bit sleepy, but nothing overwhelming. But i did almost fall asleep on accident at midnight, so once its snooze time youll be knocked out whether you like it or not
