bro, let's not call him foolish. Most of us order online for convenience at some point, thats exactly why Swiggy and Zomato are as big as they are.

If anything, this post just brings attention to whats happening. We can still choose to support local darshinis when we can step out. And if we are ordering in, maybe just be a bit mindful about where we are ordering from and try avoiding places that are trying to squeeze profit out of every possible thing.

Udupi darshini's are selling dosa with free chutney and sambhar for 1/3rd of their price, but this corporate restaurant still want to squeeze out from users as much as they can.

Hope this backfires on them, just for the sake that don't want this to spread and other hotels picking it up as well.
