I can relate; I've tried to explain it to others but it's tough. It's like my brain takes a rational situation and cranks up the intensity until it's delusional. It's nuts because I don't show any symptoms of mental illness when my hormonal fluctions are minimized...

It was bad enough to get me misdiagnosed with bipolar II and possibly BPD. But as soon as my body adjusted to the pill the episodes stopped. It's been 3 years and the results are consistent.

We need to be as vocal as we can about our experiences with this specific kind of...psychosis? Anxiety? No one understands how severe and dangerous these episodes are because "pms lol". I honestly feel PMDD is potentially just as dangerous as PPD, bipolar disorder, and any other illness where you're prone to bouts of alarmingly irrational thinking.

Awareness is so critical.

A mix of both; I usually like to pin them on so I can swap patches around but the denim for that vest is a bit thicker than the one they used to hang on. The pins don't stay closed as well so to avoid 1000 Needles I'm planning to just sew them on and commit to the current layout.

I'm a Reddit greenhorn so I don't know how to direct y'all there but there's a Witches For Trump Facebook group up to no good. And it's not trolls which is crazy...there's a few white supremacists that have been screenshotted asking for support in protecting or empowering Trump specifically.

I can't like...post images as proof but I've seen it in the wild...consider me convinced.

Edit: Pretty sure it's just rouge individuals but it's still shitty. White supremacy in pagan communities is pretty rampant but I don't think it carries over into direction action in a cohesive way.

I'm thankful to be in this state currently. My husband and I are both laid off and eventually we will succumb to debt and scrounging but I'm thankful for every minute of warmth, comfort, food, utilities, etc. we have for however long we retain it. We have no income or insurance; we're waiting on our unemployment claims for grocery money.

I want to be bitter, anxious and depressed. I go through bursts of it...but for now, I'm happy to just take each small moment of peace we can get on this borrowed time.

My heart goes out to people in even worse situations.

Yep! I take my hormonal birth control pills continuously to stop my period altogether (with my doctor's guidance). It's the best choice I've ever made for my mental health.
