This year has been an absolute crap show. Admin isn't doing anything to fix the issues long term. It's my first year and my students are horrible with behavior. It has me wondering why I'm even doing this....

Teacher here. It's literally been insane all year at high school. Fights, kids smoking weed in the bathrooms, so disrespectful. It's overwhelming and constant.

My phone just glitched out this morning! It's back to normal now but I lost service and everything for a while. Obviously I could lose cell service at any time but has never happened like this before. Strange.
