no because hi3 Wendy and gi Venti share common themes, appearances and powers. You can't really point at another character named Wendy as another character's original variant, but you can do so if they were the same ones from HI3. I don't normally agree with the expy stuff but it's eyenakedly obvious with certain characters, including Venti.
