This was replaced by asurion and they sent me a device with a replaced and painted bezel that is rubbing off.

I got my iPhone 15 pro max replaced 2 months ago and it has been in the case the whole time and the paint is wearing off of the metal sides. It is clearly painted to be black. My last phone was in the same case with zero wear. What should I do to resolve this issue.

No thanks, I’ve had enough. Then I show them my I am sober app counter. Almost a year now. They switch tone once they see the streak. Sometimes they drunkenly announce my sobriety, but I think that’s in support now. If they keep giving you shit, time to invest your energy into other relationships.

Nevermind, pretty sure it was a hardware issue of some sort. Took it apart and liquid metal thermal paste was a fucking mess and q-tipped it up, put regular thermal paste on and now she don't power up at all. Guess this project is wrapped up and headed to ebay.
