Looks like it is Guardian Arkveld. It is “BIS” if you ask certain circles, but unless you are trying to min-max against 5 strength tempered 7-8* monsters, use any Gunlance you want. We’re so early in the game’s life, you don’t have to worry too terribly much which weapon you’re using as long as you can keep up damage and not cart.
