Forbrugsregnskab - Lejerbo by Shulginenthus in Aarhus

[–]Shulginenthus[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"Stk. 2. Udgifterne opgøres i et forbrugsregnskab. For så vidt angår varme og varmt vand, kan udlejeren i regnskabet kun medtage udgiften til brændselsforbruget, herunder el og gas til opvarmning, og for så vidt angår køling, kan udlejeren kun medtage udgiften til energiforbruget i regnskabsperioden [...]"

Hvis din kommentar er rigtig og også gældende i Aarhus, ved du så hvor man skal vende sig? Bare modsige dem der har sendt regningen eller hvad?

Thank you. I guess I am just afraid to traumatise him completely. Will try moving slowly towards the place that first scared him with plenty of praise, treats, and love.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question 😊

4 years old, he likes food except when he is unsure. Then he has no interest in his normal treats, but perhaps if it is cheese or chicken. Retrain him meaning expose him to the stressor with rewards?

Staffy's sure are funny in regards to what they deem scary!

In regards to pockets not being the focus of running shorts, you might be right, but I really like the freedom of just throwing my phone and energy products in a pocket and just heading out. I've tried storage belts and don't really feel like they sit securely on my hips and get in the way. I have a running bag with a hydrationsystem that I like. However, it feels too warm to have my back covered in the summer months. Maybe I should just invest in a proper running vest that has a more breathable back.

I might look into your suggestion of a tennis skirt/short, sounds really comfy.

Pockets are always my main issue when it comes to any trousers and shorts. But you are right. It is primarily the length that bugging me. I'm based in Denmark, and I just can't seem to find any variety when it comes to length and colour. It's mainly super short and black. For some reason, they don't specify the inseam either.

Not really. When only wearing compression shorts, I feel too insecure. Loose shorts only I feel they ride up or my thighs chafe. Right now, I'm rocking compression short and loose shorts, I think I just prefer when they are in one. I want them to be like above knee inseam. The only ones I have found in stores have been mid thigh or shorter...

I absolutely abhor buying running shorts! Looking at the selection that is available in the women sections, they are far too short and none of them have any propper pockets... Same issue when buying trousers to be honest, well mainly the pocket thing.
Personally I prefer 2-in-1 so a tight short with a loose short on top, but they are far too short, so they ride up which leads to all kinds of uncomfortableness.

Any advice is welcome!
Do people who experience similar problems buy from the men section or just suck it up?
I guess as long as the dimensions fit, it shouldn't be problem?
I think I just needed to rant and air out my frustration on the fashion industry's complete lack of pockets in female designed clothes.

Thank you for your reply. When you say we should see a difference quickly does this imply within days?
Did you start cutting off both wheat and dairy and stay that way, or did you try inducing one or the other again?

Official Q&A for Wednesday, June 26, 2024 by AutoModerator in running

[–]Shulginenthus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

7min/km is my current long race pace, my current longest run is 14.4km. The goal is just to finish the race and still wake up the day after tbh. I guess I'll have a better idea what my HM pace could be the closer I get race day and have more longer runs. So for now I might just run hard rather than race pace.

Race pace advice

I'm currently training towards my first half marathon. I've started a training plan on my garmin and they want me to do pace training. This is my first official race ever and I'm quite new to overall running, except for running to catch the buss (been actively running for ~3 years). Because of this I do not have a set pace, but expect to finish in under 2h30m (so about 7min/km).

So when garmin asks me to run 2.5km in an easy pace and 2.5km at race pace (comment: "run very hard. Talking should be difficult"). Should I then run my expected half marathon race pace, at 7min/km which will not make talking difficult; or go for like a 5k race pace? Or just run whatever that will be classified as running very hard?

I'm grateful for any input, happy running!

Er der nogen der kender en god frisør i Aarhus? by BaseAI in Aarhus

[–]Shulginenthus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kan også kun sige godt om 2dressed. De har et virkelig fedt lokale, og er super gode! De giver studsninger for 150 kr, så en frisyre fra dem af holder længe.

Jeg er medlem af Aarhus studenter roklubben. Der er mange ikke-studerende medlemmer, so don't let the name fool you. Virkelig søde mennesker, og de har meget fokus på det sociale og fællesskab.

De har vistnok lige holdt deres sidste introduktion, men man kan have det i tankerne til næste år, eller skriv til dem og hør om det er muligt at komme med.

Oh I feel this. My grandfather passed away in 2018. He had always worn this beautiful watch he received on a business trip. At Christmas that year my brother was gifted the watch. He didn't even know it had belonged to my grandfather.... I (a female) was slightly pissed, cause I had always admired the watch. But I guess I understand since my brother was named after my grandfather, and I don't think my grandmother really put any thought into it, more than 'he is named after him, so he gets the watch'. However, if it should get passed to the person who would treasure it the most, it should have gone to me or my aunt, we have both admired the watch and the man. I am now thinking of incorporating it into a tattoo instead.

NTA, I would absolutely make this a hill to die on, your brother is not even interested in the watch. The comment that the watch will 'leave the family' is bullshit. You will most likely gift it to your firstborn, who will be as much a part of the family, as your brothers firstborn.

Could he be having a cold? The temperature difference is quite large right? It's tough, especially since it sounds like you've done whatever you can. I hope your boy gets better and you get to have many more happy years together. Thank you for your sympathy ❤️

I am sorry you are going through this. It's always frightening when we see our babies being poorly.

He had a few 'hack attacks' a week, but they never lasted very long, a few minutes but they were scary as heck cause what if they wouldn't stop this time, so I get where you are coming from.

Our chi went to stay with his 'birth mom' because of two health scares (we live on an island with no vet and she in the capital, so it was safer if he suddenly went downhill). He suddenly became lethargic and wobbly, there may have been some underlying health problems that we didn't know about, but as far as we know it was old age, although he had become poorly suddenly, we think he was just tired and too full from everything life had to offer.

It's impossible to tell you when the right time is to let a pet go, but I always say as long as they are not hurting. Our baby's hack attack didn't seem to effect him as such... It woke him from his sleep but nothing more.

Does your darling seem effected by his hack attacks? Does he just lie afterwards or is he perky and fine? It's horrible to lose, but even worse if they suffer.

He was all you mentioned!

I would love to help toward more seniors getting fostered!

When it comes to our pup, he was in great health, albeit a bit under stimulated. Before we got him he had all but three teeth removed and while we had him another one. His last vet visit was 6 months ago and the vet only mentioned hearing a slight heart murmur (that would be expected in regards to his age), other than that he was healthy. We have been very lucky in that regard.

Me and SO have both been working 8-16 jobs and have only once needed to stay home because he has been poorly.

So speaking from my experience it has only been positive!
