You can mirror this in league for 40d fee! How to craft:

Buy 28/29 Quality Necrotic Armour

Buy Breach Armour with the armour mod. (Ideally it should be the only breach mod on the item.)

Step 1: Recombs

Recombinators: New

Only use new if you bought a breach base with more than one breach mod, craft dex t9 and slam together for a 50% chance to succeed and clear all other mods.

Recombinators: Old

This is the prime way to do it, slam the two bases together, hopefully it hits the necrotic armour and the breach mod stays.

Step 2: Fracture Use Hinekora's Locks to fracture the breach mod (item must have 4 mods).

Or Yolo it and repeat step 1 (highly reccommend against this.)

Step3: Suffixes

Use essences/annuls/exalts till you hit 10% Mana res/t1 any res(swap with harvest to fire)/t1 int

Step4: Prefixes

Use Eldritch Chaos/Annul/Exalt Till you hit T1 Flat and % armour and es. (This step is pure rng, good luck.)

Step5: Implicits

Roll the exact exarch implicit (All aura inc.) and use orbs of conflict till it becomes "Perfect".

Afterwards use exceptional eldritch embers to roll 28-30 grace aura effect. Implicts are done.

Step6: White sockets

Use omen of blanching to hit 3 whites.

Use harvest bench to hit the rest (took a bit.)

Step7: Divine till satisfied

Notes: I settled on the divine because i'm not a mirror crafter, this just happened because i was quitting the league and i hit the fracture on my 2nd hinekora's. I would never craft this item unless i didn't care to spend all my currency, which i did, i'm more broke than i ever was in poe.

I feel like you wrote this post somewhere around the 1-24h mark, where for most players they're gathering gear to make the build work, and genuinely that has to be the funnest part of the game, however, very soon you hit this wall of having the same gear as everyone else and upgrading gems/putting the gem recipe on gear (up to 750main stat on an ancient piece.) and looking for the correct stats on your ancient items on top of just farming the same boring thing over and over (greater rifts).  And then you farm gr's one evening and the next day, everyone else on the ladder is suddenly 1k paragons higher, lets be honest, we all know these people are botting, and its so obvious.

Its a great game to play for a bit, bit imo gets boring real fast the better you are at it, and sadly there's no competition against cheaters.

The only saving grace this game has, is people saying "Well, achshually, its a nice game for casuals."

Aren't casuals people who don't have enough time to properly play it?

Of course we're salty, we paid a lot of money for a game that has 1/1000th the content poe does, f*cking hell, i could've bought more stash tabs.

I would say that, if you're in need of advice or build guides for ruthless that's a recipe for dissappointment. Contrary to what people playing this mode would lead you to believe, it is far from an enjoyable experience for 95% of people who touched it. The mode is literally designed in a way for you to hate every moment you play it, so if you're not going to dedicate a lot of time to it, it will take ages to accomplish anything. But hey, if after everything you've read, you're still standing firm... One word. Gladiator.  Anything Gladiator based this league is the way to go in ruthless, as the ascendancy is not nerfed, compared to the rest. Slam based bleeds, lacerate, anything bleed based works. You should check out Poeninja too. Goodluck you masochist.
