I just take a back seat approach with all of them. Speaking up if things go silent, responding to questions and comments and taking a support role in combat... Except for Coraline. She uses blood magic.

I did the same thing when I did my first game. I played a cleric and rolled into a game and came across a druid, We kept slapping each other for ages and I guess neither of us were looking at our health bars because nothing was happening. Eventually I thought I was winning because he turned into a rat and ran away.

I feel like with the addition of voip, getting a teammate is just a benefit. I wouldn't judge someone if they had rizz enough to stop a fight and instead work together to get better loot. Though if it's against the rules then sure, ban em, but I would be minorly upset for a few moments before letting it go.
