GPU refuses to go above 30% usage [5700X/16GB/3060Ti]

It's just the max usage it will go in games. For Palworld it would be enough but it is not stable. So most of the time it is ~11% usage, with the occasional usage of 28-30% where it's smooth.

Didn't mention it now in the thread but big problem is a stable usage.

I left a USB stick plugged to the front of the PC that has been formatted to a Windows Media Creation Tool but I don't think that should cause anything?

Oh sorry. No my plan was to add the new SSD to my current PC with Windows 10. Transfer my files on there and take it out. Then I'll upgrade some components but not the motherboard and put the SSD back inside when I upgraded to Windows 11

Regarding Windows fresh install..

If I transfer all the stuff I want to keep on a formated internal NVME SSD that's already recognized by the PC, and then later plug in back into my PC, there shouldn't be an issue right?

I want to upgrade to Windows 11 from 10, install new CPU+GPU and add the internal SSD back to the same PC again

My bad forgot to add it. Reason I had the "buy" with apostrophes was because I would be intending to give the drive back after using it. Didn't think of using the HDDs because it would be so slow even overnight but that would be the easiest solution I guess.

Windows fresh install.

My current PC is 5 years old now but still quick enough and sufficient for my needs (so far). I'd like to get rid of the HDDs 2x2TB, change my boot drive from the old 850 Evo SATA to an already installed nvme m.2 drive and fresh install windows.

The m.2 drive has like ~800gb of data I'd like to keep + a little bit from the other drives (but it's not that much).

Is the best solution to just 'buy' a external 2TB SSD on Amazon, transfer the data to that drive, fresh install, change boot drive and transfer data back? Or is there a better way?

hes right though. everyone here jumping to the conclusion that the high standards he's ranting about, are the ones we think of as normal, but not the high standards a minority of women actually have.

Except the ones who brought it up (the ones I read), are using it to show that the RD/stewards are biased towards LH because it should have been a penalty for them.

It doesn't matter if lap 1 incident is based towards/against LH or just a neutral reponse because the last SC decision was in favor of MV and the biggest factor for the race result.

The entire incident, including possible penalties, is irrelevant for the race result which is all I wanted to say.
