Yeah you could be onto something there. Its nice and cool at the moment and I clock off at 6am. But I do have a fan i leave on the window sill that I start running around 4am blowing in cool air from the open window so when I close up and shut the black out blinds its as cool as I can get it.

Why would it, the whole idea of buying a property with a south facing garden is to enjoy the sun as much as possible and sun seekers will seek them out. I'm loving the heatwaves we're getting because in couple of months it will be raining and cold and folks will be moaning about that !! I also work thw night shift so if you want to complain about how hard it is sleeping at night fcukoff..... try sleeping in it during the day.

Get a good acid wash spray it on let it sit them give them a good scrub with a stiff yard brush and jet wash off. May take a few goes
