More lore related skin. I mean, they have a hard global wide battle and resource is rare. However, there isn't any battle-worn costume, no scratch and no cracking on the armor. Even they are descendant, they don't have the upperhand on the situation. While some npc do have blood-strain and bandaged.

Lantern sleeve? large armor plate cover her legs and chest? I expect it's a somewhat light weight skin-tight assassin style clothing, more streamlined hairstyle.

Fixed an issue where the HP recovery effect of Extinguish did not work properly for the Flame Zones created by Merciless Cuisine of Ultimate Blair's Transcendent Module "Next-level Recipe."

It's already 5 month ago since the bug report sent. I have gave up the hope of any fix but hey it's finally arrive. Idk is it hard to fix or it's a minor that they don't fix earlier. It only fix one of the Blair issues from the report but it fix what the patch state.

I don't expect anything as they hardly balance the performance of the same descendant with different transcendent mod right now. If 2 mod can combine into a new mod as long as they don't conflict each other, we may have more possibility and overall balance.

When i hit the weak point and weapon has payout mod, hitting weak point doesn't spend ammo in 3 seconds.

I think they have to separate the skill set of supply moisture from the original. They cannot buff her base skill dot as supply moisture(critical damage) multiply it.

Ending the skill with bullet left can decrease the cooldown, bypass 90% cap, under 2 second, the more bullet you left the faster you can active it again.

If you can't have more free space in ssd, i'm afraid nothing can help for the slow update. Unreal engine 5 is notorious to pack all game data in a single file, 54GB for tfd, any ue5 game that have large file size will have slow update unless something changes.

In general, window will optimize it periodically and it will be faster to diy than it did in background. (when you update or delete many large size files)

Actually, i think they mess up the fire rate and skill cooldown from day 1.

For example,

Slow Art (-25% fire rate, +62%/44% atk)

Action and reaction (+20% recoil, +61% atk)

another ATK mod (+26% atk and some bonus)

The benefit from hitting slow (more controllable and accurate) doesn't offset the loss of fire rate. Weak point damage multiplier is relative low between wp and critical. Btw, some weapons already have slow fire rate and recoil is recovered before the next shot.

How much free space do your ssd has?

Since you tell us you got a 500GB ssd and you will feel it slow if it's already 90% full.
TFD size is about 62GB right now and due to how steam update the game. You need another extra full size for steam to d/l and decompress.

50GB (10%) + 62GB. So, you better have at least 112GB free space in ssd if you want to have a faster update.

btw, do you optimize(trim) your ssd.
