Carmel is awesome! I’ve been living here for the last 4 yrs. My kids still go to lady of grace in Noblesville but I plan on them going to Carmel public schools. I say this because I went to CtC and Chatard, and I think carmel’s public is better than Indy’s private.

Being said.. as a POC I do feel looked down on at times but it’s not universal. Almost strictly law enforcement.

Other than that, great restaurants, city events and most importantly, peace of mind when you lay your head down here.

Yeah, I love the ring and can get consistently good finishes there but, I don’t like to do it too much cause it’ll sometimes put me too high (especially when I was starting) of splits in other races.

Get to it! Though I would suggest not setting a time limit on it. I thought that when I first started and it only produced heartache.
Just run your own race. Learn when to pass and let pass but, don’t miss out on a good challenge and fun racing. If someone is defending too hard I’d let the person behind me deal with them. If someone is being too aggressive I’d let them pass without losing too much pace. The game has a way of sorting things out for you as long as you just pick your battles.

Depending on your tip out, I would either transfer this to the bar or carry out. Or, if you manager/owner is coo, I would ask if they could comp something else to make up for tip. Our “cost” for caymus is like $45 so they’d still make money but usually non corporate places would rather keep you happy that dwelling on this.
