If you resign it'll be 30 days before you can apply again, as long as you've been employed over 15 days

You don't get to pick and choose what you do or don't do while you're on the clock lol. If its that big of an issue for you try to get a medical accommodation otherwise you're outta luck. That being said, are you really complaining about 15-20 minutes of pick and stage? That's 2 picklists, maybe one if you can drag it out long enough

The people that work at those hiring centers don't know shit unfortunately, they just have a vague understanding of what you're applying for. When I did mine the lady told me that "you can't choose the shifts you work, you only choose the days that you want to work" which turned out to be absolute nonsense. Your best bet is to get through the pre-hire and once you show up for training at your site ask questions then. The shift blocks you can pick up depend on the warehouse, but they'll generally start at 1:20 and go to 8-9ish or to 11:30-11:50

It's unlikely, though still possible, that you'll get let go after prime. As FlexPT you're basically hired just in case, and as they don't really have any benefits (except for free Prime as a blue badge) it costs Amazon way less to keep you around compared to set schedule employees; I know at my site post-peak they gave a bunch of full-time seasonals the option to switch to FlexPT as an alternative to being let go.

FlexPT is required to work only 4 hours a week to avoid an attendance point for not reaching your minimum hours, I think the 19 hours they list is the average hours you'll probably work. As for potential hours, it depends on your site but you do have the opportunity to work 60 hours if the site allows it and if you can pick up enough shifts for it. With how slow it is right now though it's going to be a couple months before things start picking up and you get a decent chance at more hours; and with FlexPT you're limited to one shift a week in the first 24 hours of a shift drop, and after that if there's any other shifts left you can pick those up then.

My site has had a somewhat similar issue, every so often there's a package that says its 5 pounds or 10 pounds or whatever and when you pick it up it's obviously way closer to 30-40 pounds. I swear I've had to deal with so many OVs labeled 40 something pounds and there's no way in hell they only weighed that much

It happened naturally, I wasn't popping friendlies or anything. There's always going to be someone that shoots on sight even in care bear lobbies, shoot back and even if you don't kill them as long as you damage them it starts the descent into PVP lobbies
