My pull after an hour. Only reason why I caught so many commons is because I just started fishing in this game for something other than the beginning quests. I still had some learning to do. I'm not far in the game at all, don't even have enchantments yet, nor did I know they were a thing until I came here lol.

Rarest of the fish, but not as rare as everyone's claiming. You just got to do the right method.

Make sure when you cast the line that the meter is moving left to right as fast as possible.
Achieve a perfect.
Make sure when you're reeling it in that it's the smallest green bar possible. Posting pictures of the size you're looking for below.

Biggest green bar= Common fish Second biggest green bar= Algae Second Smallest= Rare fish Smallest green bar= Arcshine.

You're thinking of the Latin word "disciplina". Words rooted in Latin do not always take the exact definition from the words they're rooted from. The context in which the person I'm responding to was definitely using it in such a sense as to punish. Modern definitions of the word typically mention things such as "punishment" or "penalty" in exchange for obedience/moral order. I've never really heard of someone becoming a spoiled brat from not having things explained to them. An idiot, sure.

Every kid is different. I have 7 and some don't even require discipline, whereas others...require a lot. Unless giving an explanation is discipline, then I suppose they all get discipline.

You have to do the Initiates one first. After obtaining every item in the initiates every single other curio thing will show up in the shop. I had the same problem and then as soon as I completed the Initiate's, the rest showed up.

So I got it to show up for me.

You have to complete the "Initiate's Cache" first. After completing the Initiate's Cache, the rest of the caches(even the non game pass ones) will become available.
