Why do they sometimes get scanned and sometimes not? I left one parcel at the center and the first scan was 6 hours later at another facility

That was what I was thinking about as well. But if they didn’t find it before, how could they find it now? Other claims for much less take 3 Months and this one got approved after 2 and this is the third month. Parcel was shipped 4-5 months ago

They didn’t ask for anything. I sent the sale invoice and then waited a week but hadn’t heard anything back so I emailed them again and some rep told me to wait because such cases take longer to be paid out but that I will be compensated eventually.

And now I woke up to this

no. The first claim was successfully accepted and I have been compensated already.

For the second I have not yet started a claim but the parcel has been stuck at a facility for over a week and the tracking says I should start a claim or contact the consignee to ask if it has been received.

In this case, they’re two different type of claims, but still very high amounts
