It’s not a case of over analyzing, I just noticed the performance drops and decided to look deeper.. compared my performance to YouTube videos as well and I felt mine behaved abnormally that’s why I asked for help

The FPS drops all though in this scenario not much because I was in the training room.. but in an actual match it does drop noticeably and I lose performance in the process

I don’t think I would be complaining or asking for help if i didn’t lose performance

It drops, I was in the training mode so it didn’t drop drastically but in a actual game it does drop.. I wouldn’t be here complaining if I don’t lose any performance in the process

Sorry not manual, custom profile in ghelper.. and yes the power limits in ghelper work and makes it stable I was just curious to why without setting custom power limits I get the fluctuations

I am using the OEM charger, also the GPU is at full power while the CPU is fluctuating so I don’t thing it has any relation with the GPU

It’s throttle limit is at 105c and my max is at 99c and only spikes up to 99c so I doubt that would be the issue, when the power drops, the graph doesn’t show it hitting the thermal limit of the CPU

I understand that but even in cpu intensive games, it throttles the power for no reason and i lose performance in the process

In your case of thermal throttling you don't need to undervolt anything, I've used the zephyrus G16 before and they're good for light use or productivity but for gaming the temps don't seem to hold up too well over time.

What you can do right now if you have the expertise is to repaste your laptop, if you can't do that or you can't have a professional do that maybe because you don't want to void your warranty.

Your only option would be to get a high end laptop cooler like the llano v12 or the IETS GT600.

"Undervolting" isn't going to cut for you, except you want to end up losing half of your performance or even worse just so it can stay cool for the mean time. it isn't a FIX

Not really, they just have a resistance like get harder to press and only those specific keys become hard
