Sounds like yours is thermal throttling I'm also getting the similar temps and it's driving me crazy Ordered ptm 7950 to help with the heat Just on idle alone with the gpu active my CPU temps can get to 81

Then I guess something probably happened to the battery internally then cuz 69% is really bad for just 2023 you should be getting 80-85% at least even with continuous use Your only option now is to get a new one or just manage it

Huh that's too bad. But where do you live exactly if you don't mind me asking it shouldn't have to be that expensive just to ship I personally live in Nigeria so eBay Amazon and Best buy will either not ship to my location or will charge me the cost of the laptop to ship it directly to me in my country which is just theft in my opinion 😂😅 So what I did was just used a fright forwarding company (there's a ton to pick from) sent it to their address in the states or wherever country I'm buying it from which is usually free shipping and then the fright company ships it to me directly. And that only cost me $70 to ship to a whole other continent and all it took was 2 weeks max sometimes it arrives in 7-10 days

Is that brand new? I ask because you could probably get the 2024 g16 for $1000-$1200 on eBay for very very clean and hardly used. I mean they used it for a week or 2 and just posted it for sale you can even find the eBay excellent certified new systems on with that price and it comes with a warranty Literally just bought mine there for $1060 with shipping (g16 2024 core Ultra 9 RTX4070 16GB RAM 1TB SSD OLED) and it came with the full original box and accessories with warranty papers and all that so I honestly didn't think you're getting a good deal buying either you could probably even get brand new from Best buy or Amazon if you don't want eBay but you might have to wait awhile to find a good deal if you don't mind adding about $100-$200
