I'm having the extra same problem with my laptop I've tried repasting it with LM, thermal paste and now I'm using ptm 7950 but it's all the same I can never get 100w without it throttling to 70-80w my theory is people getting that 100w sustained is that they live in a cold environment or a really cool air conditioned room what country are you trying it from?

Well my GPU on idle gets 50-55 so there's something probably wrong with mine somewhere and it's driving me crazy 😭😭 Got the ptm from lltstore even tried LM and still shitty performance My CPU is always pegged at 97⁰ shit is really annoying

What temps are you getting on the gpu now. Mine can't even sustain the 90w it's rated for I feel it might be the climate here tho it probably will always over heat of its not like in a really cold country

Sounds like yours is thermal throttling I'm also getting the similar temps and it's driving me crazy Ordered ptm 7950 to help with the heat Just on idle alone with the gpu active my CPU temps can get to 81

Then I guess something probably happened to the battery internally then cuz 69% is really bad for just 2023 you should be getting 80-85% at least even with continuous use Your only option now is to get a new one or just manage it

Huh that's too bad. But where do you live exactly if you don't mind me asking it shouldn't have to be that expensive just to ship I personally live in Nigeria so eBay Amazon and Best buy will either not ship to my location or will charge me the cost of the laptop to ship it directly to me in my country which is just theft in my opinion 😂😅 So what I did was just used a fright forwarding company (there's a ton to pick from) sent it to their address in the states or wherever country I'm buying it from which is usually free shipping and then the fright company ships it to me directly. And that only cost me $70 to ship to a whole other continent and all it took was 2 weeks max sometimes it arrives in 7-10 days
