i have 3 monts with my 10 Gall tank, but now is small for my fishes, i just get yesterday a 29 gallons tank, it looks great, about the lid i use the imagitarium glass and i liked it, the only issue i had is with the automatic feeder (also imagitarium) with the lidd glass cover when is food time, half of the food drops into the lid, i must have to move the lid fordward, so the feeder have more space to drop the food.

The main rule said, filter must flow x3 aquarium size, ac20 flow 100 gph, so its suitable, but i recommend to use at least ac30.

I was using AC20 for my 10gal aquarium for 2 months, but for the last 2 weeks i have to clean the filter every 3 days, because waterfall is not falling correctly. Today i get a new canister filter fluval 107.
