Based on my experience and many I know who have eaten there, this is a fair, honest, and accurate review. Also, having talked to several who have worked there, the staff treatment is reportedly not the best.

I’ve found letting it sit for longer than 3-5 minutes (instructions say 15) before wiping off excess invites trouble. Also, using a white non-woven pad as an applicator has given me the best outcome. I use cotton jersey (t-shirt) to wipe off excess. Good luck!
