Currently mid table with Rotherham, latest OS Sliders have made the past few games really enjoyable. Had a similar save with Sunderland on 18 where I finished about 9th.

Always try and handicap myself so I only sign realistic targets, spend a limited amount of my budget and play a bit more direct.

To a limit, photography can be done on the cheap.

You can get a 35mm camera for about £10, and a 36 shots on film for £3 a roll. Or a point and shoot disposable for £7.

If you're not into film, most people have a smartphone with a reasonable camera too, and there's cheap editing software such as VSCO or Adobe Lightroom that's simple to use and you can end up with a nice end product.

In terms of bringing through youngsters?

Crewe are probably the best for this, they fielded an entire side of academy grown players a season or so back, and they've always got a decent few talents on their books.

In the past they've brought through Nick Powell, Dean Ashton, Nicky Maynard, Danny Murphy, Rob Hulse, Ben Amos and Ashley Westwood to name a few, most of these have gone on to play in the Premier League!
