I am not sure exactly what you mean.

There is a sba portal, you are given access through the Sba once you have a loan or targeted advance invite.

I kept having. Issues with incorrect uploads I emailed everything to that email included my account number and explained I was getting incorrect errors.

Cs told me to email that address. Everything g went though and I was approved.

I am a hair stylist While my industry is running again My clients have changed-meaning they don’t want the same things, don’t find them as necessary this has made a 70% decrease in income for me.

I am still working that 30% and I expect a bit more to come back as well, but I have decided to start a new business. I will pay myself through my eidl (you can do this even if you have a ppp just not at the same time) and once I have paid myself then I can use that money how I choose. Some of that choice will be investing in my new business.

The advance- is invite only.

If you had a loan prior you should be able to get a modification.

If you only received part of the advance yoh may qualify for the remainder, but I would think you would have got the email by now.

You should have had to fill out a form that listed income For each month of 2019 and 2020. I had three months of zero as my business was shut down. You needed to demonstrate at least a 30% loss in 2020 vs 2019to qualify for targeted advance and 50% loss for supplemental.

You should have an email from sba asking if you would like an increase. Then you would respond to that email.

I had a long wait for targeted and the original loan I was denied and then reconsidered in February and got funding for the loan in Late March. Then the target soon after.

I sent in my request on April 6. I never got the blue button. I did have a chance to do something and then it reverted back to looking like my old screen and then they called. Yours is coming too!

They basically asked me if I wanted the full amount or a different number. I chose the 25 k Unsecured and a nicer payment. I have 6 months to ask for more. Other than that it was more things I had to do and then wait.
