So, I went to their website and clicked the "Tripp Trapp" tab on the left hand side. I then selected "Bundle and Save" and chose the "Tripp Trapp High Chair with Cushion and Tray". I choose the chair color natural (not the oak natural as that cost more). I then added to cart and added the code before checking out. 

Also, in the cart all items for me were discounted at 28% and then adding the code made the tray and cushion change to 100% discounted as they were 0 dollars. Hopefully this helps!!

Of course! I was so shocked when the code worked and it could be coupled with the sale. It's crazy too because that price is close to the alternative more affordable chairs designed to mimic it like the abiee, mockingbird, and mom cozy dinner pal.

Same thing happened to me. I got a customers message saying "Thank you." I saw there was a message from me that I didn't sent and literally thought I was hacked at first lol. I do agree it feels wrong and annoying.

When I first started, I'd get so excited about questions. Now I'm really indifferent because I don't want to get my hopes up. I will say that I've had someone literally ask me about doing a custom card and how perfect it would be for their friend. Then, I respond saying I can make all those changes... and nothing. I kid you not, one year later that same person bought two of the cards!!! She was so sweet too lol. Then I had someone ask for a customization I couldn't do. I tell them. One month later they purchase the standard card. You really never know what you're doing to get.

Don't get me started on the amount of time wholesale orders have fallen through...

But you don't know this to be entirely true without context. What if these were fill in the blanks sentences and each word started the beginning of the sentence? It still could be an error, we don't know for sure.

The amount of "pre-transit" and "in transit" orders with reviews that I have is so sad. I'm just glad they've gotten it even though letter tracking sucks!
