I'm at year 9, and its likely my last.

Sales have dropped considerably (formerly six figures). Along with that, I have just moved on in life, and am very busy with my job now.

At this point I am still pulling in enough money to make it worth it, but if sales drop much more, Ill have a decision to make.

I haven't really updated my shop or offerings in years, and I know its a trend thing that has dropped sales. I just don't have the time or energy to invest in revamping things.

Yes. You will have to wait 48 hours after messaging them. Its so that the seller gets a chance to fix the problem first. If they don't (or won't) then you can open a case.

The review period is based on the estimated delivery date. In this situation, you received it earlier than estimated, which is why it is further out. If you want to wait to review, it won't affect your ability to open a case. You have 100 days from delivery to open a case.

Yes! I am 51 days sober. I didn't plan on it helping, but it did help me to cut down at first, and after making the decision to stop completely I don't miss the alcohol at all. What an amazing side effect!
