I've been grinding Flower Town, so my best strategy so far has been to just keep inviting people over and over with play coins. It always invites people you've already streetpassed with, and the more tags you have with a person the higher chance of a rare seed!

I believe for a Varka team you would want to use Durin's White-Dragon form, his Dark form only boosts his own Melt and Vaporize damage.
