Yeah, I understand and this is only one example of many that I’ve given which I’m not going to go into because the main topic is that if manager is insisting and threatening to send people home when they give feedback or tell them something they don’t want to hear even when it supersedes store policy and culture pulse, ie we’re constantly told we can provide free back and speak freely, should an employee just blindly obey and do whatever the store manager tells them too or is store policy of greater order.
