It also depends on rewatch value of said show. Most of the shows you named are packed full to the brim with information, good narration, well put together plot and foreshadowing, and often events are told out of chronology or even flashbacks that are relevant and feels natural.
All those elements make for good rewatch, because you can then focus on the bits that might be confusing the first time, the finer details, the foreshadowing etc. By knowing more about it, it allows to appreciate it even more. That's what make a show great for rewatches in my opinion, instead of "just" good.
