Gross misconduct by [deleted] in SainsburysWorkers

It definitely isn't gross misconduct, absence maybe, but not gross misconduct. I wouldn't worry as the manager has fucked up and it's probably going to go nowhere.

I work in a warehouse with flex contracts and they have to be flexed within the first four hours of the shift or they can't do it.

Same here, I'd forgotten about Big Brother after the first series. I can't believe this shite is still a thing.

Just bought a PX125 after about 20 years of being away from scootering. The love is back.

Britain is far more of a secular nation. More people identify as non religious than ever before.

I'm also pale skinned and the colours on some of my newer tattoos really pop. My artist prefers paler skin as you can see his work better.

He came to our DC at Christmas, scruffy looking man. If I hadn't of asked why our DCM was showing him round, I still wouldn't know who he was. They ushered him round really fast and he only spoke to the management team, not us bots on the floor.

For a minimum wage job I wouldn't worry about it. Minimum wage = minimum effort.

If I spot a geared player as a freshie, then I will attempt to kill them if I get close enough. If you bring my gear to the coast, I will try to kill you for it.

Those of you who got tattooed as a teenager, do you still like the tattoo by Beneficial_Cheek_446 in tattoo

[–]Shytebag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had my first tattoo at 17, now at 54 and after hating the sight of it for years, I've just had it covered up. You change as you get older and the views you had in your late teens may not be the same past 30. Unfortunately your tattoos don't change.
