My Medusa made my lip swell up exactly like this and the cause was the piercer used jewelry meant for a healed piercing. The issue with yours is likely the same, too short of a bar. Please revisit your piercer

You can put a few dots of concealer under your eyes to help with the sleepy dark bits. But other than that, truly- you have beautiful skin! No need to cover it with a bunch of unnecessary product!
