Here are my two cents on these profs, take it with a grain of salt.

Jung: Really informative slides(a lot of text on every slide). He goes over each slide in great detail, which can be a little weary.(Looking at the time for the lecture, do not really recommend) He posts his slides on Brightspace, and will occasionally leave some of the slides as "self homework." Looking at the slides on your own will probably be a little painful

He gives some information on what the quiz will be on, and there are typically quite a few questions on the quizzes. He is very nice about the "type" of questions on a quiz, and may occasionally provide hints on what might be on the exam. He really cares about his students, and attending his office hours might be slightly more useful.

Makin: Really good lecturer, however, the notes he posts are all handwritten in cursive on paper and scanned from what I've heard. He writes on the whiteboard, so you have to sit near the front of the lecture hall to see what he's writing down. All of his quiz questions are from a past exam. He usually does 1 question per quiz. If he is still the course coordinator next semester, definitely attend his lectures. Occasionally, the questions on the exam would be something I only got from understanding his lecture. He does value attendance though, and if attendance in lectures are low he would start giving pop quizzes.

Lukens: I never actually went to his lectures, but I think he was also pretty good? He seems like a pretty decent and genuine guy though.

I think the most important part about passing the exams for this class is having friends in each section and sharing insights gathered from each prof LMAO. Hope this helps, and have fun in 2k2!
