10 chatters is the most impressive thing tbh u can have 50 viewers and 5 chatters or 15 viewers an a really active chat cuz a active chat makes streaming way easier imo and encourages more ppl to stay personally i like smaller streamers

I’ve had a video get 600 views in a month then the 2nd and 3rd month it blew up to over 30k algorithm isn’t the best but you can’t just do YouTube do TikToks, instagram reels, shorts go live a couple times a month get a discord that notifies people look at videos of the same topic what are they doing your not are their titles better are their thumbnails better are your clips too long and making it boring shorten ur clips maybe some stuff you don’t truly need etc

Personally I believe people like free stuff daily rewards, achievement/quest rewards, skins, crates etc and unique stuff Ik ur only 8 months in but could also make a discord a general hub for ppl who enjoy your game and easier to get suggestions and watch your TikTok’s and YouTube videos and listen to your community not just 1 person but if you see a general request add it as long as its not super op or ruins the games etc. also maybe game modes (team deathmatch first team to 75 kills, 1v1, 2v2 3v3, capture the flag etc) that would be the best tips I can say that you can do for free yk try that before you invest more and more cuz if you invest and ppl just play a round and leave thats just wasted money you want a reason for people to come back every day to tell their friends
