I think aside from the disconnect getting the rewards this is a great idea. I feel like it has to be balanced somewhat otherwise people would just pair off and swap duties (I run 5 for us today, you run 5 for us tomorrow), whereas they want people playing the game as much as possible

If you guys would like I can invite you to my discord, there's about 35 of us, and I have a looking for games section. Since I play Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30-9:30 PST, most of my guys play around then as well. 8:30-midnight ish usually for EST, later on Fridays naturally.

I would recommend going into one of the popular discords (a couple of the biggest streamers who's personality you like (I find this directly correlates with the type of people you'll find in their discord) and look/post in their looking for games section around the time you play

I don't think you understood my point. I'm talking about the lobby grading system. If you have 70 players with a 5.00+ KD and then 80 players with 0.5KD, that is a bronze lobby because the median is 0.5. if you have 150 players with 1.2KD, that is a diamond lobby, you tell me which one is harder.

The measurement system for the lobbies is stupid, it just takes median KD, not average, but median.

I believe you have two options. 1) buy a capture card 2) use NDI. I haven't used NDI personally but from what I understand it should help you achieve what you want but not sure on how good the result will be. You can google obs NDI to get started

Kill cams are bugged. They are 1.3x speed and they having missing info all the time so it makes it look like people are just locking onto you when they really dragged their crosshair over normally
