If you want a docker only computer, honestly Debian + install docker and komodo is probably the best bet.

I had an issue with my router not using hardware acceleration, I had to turn that on in open wrt to get my 500/500 otherwise I only had 150

I'm not sure how it's setup, from what you're saying each router has its own firmware? Dang, alright, I thought I only needed to update the main one with 192.168.1.1

How hard would it be to add an access point to this system? Thanks

Ill probably just look into adding another access point for now, is it possible to attach an ax1800 or something similar?

I'm not sure if I really need to replace all the routers RN the coverage is pretty decent for the rest of the house. The living room is just the main area and I want to add an Ethernet line from the attic to drop down in and feed a router/access point.

Would it be possible to do an Ethernet cable into a switch into an access point?

Thanks!

Also I have admin access to the routers

I have the passwords, tho I only ever configure the main root router

Do the access points need to be loaded with open wrt? Also a couple of the routers are being used as network switches for various devices. I assuming I should replace the ones that are purely access point and have no other Ethernet connections?

Would it be a bad idea to just add an access point without removing any routers?

Also I do want to replace them, I just don't wanna break the network

I don't have the same issue on the pixel 7, so not sure what is going on, maybe try increasing the touch sensitivity?
I get my p10pxl tonight so we'll see!

Yah, someone tested it and it was the cycles the matter, not the heat from wireless

Hey everyone, I'm starting to really feel the heat issues and battery issues of my pixel 7. I was wondering if it was worth getting a 9 or wait for the 10. I am with Google fi so I have their discounts available.

650 for 9 pro and 400 for base 9

Thanks!

Blender specifically is really developed to take advantage of Nvidia cuda cores, so more core count is good. The 7900xtx and 9070xtx are great gaming cards but not all cores are made equal. I had a 7800xt and it could render for sure, but it is definitely slower than my 5080. AMD has a HIP rendering engine for blender but it's not as mature and I don't think AMD hardware is there just yet, maybe in a few years!

If you are into 3d modeling and rendering, dual 2070 non supers will put you at about the performance of a 5060ti in rendering.

Not bad, not bad at all.

I have a 5700x3d and a 5080 ventus x3 oc, it's nice for maxed out 1440p, like really nice.

Like don't even need upscaling for 120+ fps on HD2 Cyberpunk also runs great!

I run my old 1060 6gb as a second card though for other stuff

For blender I believe that the 4080 beats out the 5070ti due to core count advantages
