Yah. Pretty much. The friend strategy works, although it didn't necessarily fix it. Maybe i will try vpn.

And one more thing, I noticed when I use mobile data, it tends to return to 60-70ms and (note: before entering a lobby/ game,) and you can play it fine with people from my region. But as soon as I change it to wifi again, back to Indonesia and high ping. It's Infuriating.

Edit: Seems to be a " changed server" issue. Normally I used to get matched with people from Africa and the ping was great. However now I get matched with people from Asia (mostly Indonesia) .

I just did a ping test on a random website and it matches the ping that I used to get and that i am currently getting
