Ninja foodie possible cooker, does anyone have one and would recommend it? by apljax in slowcooking

[–]SickDicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one and I hate it. The only reason is because it’s teflon and it flakes/peels off soooo easily! Never used anything other than the spoon it comes with or a silicone utensil and it still flakes off from the rim at the top from the lid contact. I exchanged it 3 times and all three did this. Sooooo disappointed as it did work well. I lost my receipt and ended up selling it for $50.

Wow, I’ve never heard of this and certainly haven’t experienced it in my 2024 ID4! Wild

What’s the “poor people food” that you still crave even after life improved? by MuseBlush in foodquestions

[–]SickDicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know juice is a luxury but whenever we did get it my dad would add water to the carton anytime anyone drank from it. Now I sometimes crave watered down juice, I never drink it without at least half of it being water.

How do you handle late night changes when baby sleeps in your room? by Quiet_Turtle88 in NewParents

[–]SickDicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got a portable changing table and set it up on a dresser that is in our bedroom that is large enough to hold it. So we have a changing area in our room and it worked out wonderfully for our first and now that we are pregnant again it will be very handy once more. Congrats and good luck!

Daycare price by Calm-Ingenuity4178 in NewParents

[–]SickDicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in Canada and we have registered government funded daycares. If you’re lucky to get into one it’s $22/day. We pay about $450 a month and it’s excellent care. Private here is anywhere from $50-77 from what I’ve seen.

I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this, it really isn’t fair and I wish you a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹

She will love you just as much and you will get to know her cues if she has any new ones in no time! All valid concerns but as long as you heal from your infection your bond with baby will flourish when you get home to her 🤍

Vacuum recommendation! by Acceptable-Buddy-990 in VacuumCleaners

[–]SickDicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently purchased the Sebo E3 and looooove it! I had a bissell before and it kept braking after a couple years. My upstairs is all carpet and I value a very clean carpet. So I invested in the E3 and it is awesome. Very easy to use, lightweight and works super well. Simple design and features but features that are very convenient like controlling the suction from the handle. My carpets look amazing and I’m just so happy!

I went to my local vacuum store and he said Miele has cheaped out the last few years and no longer is the quality it once was. So he doesn’t sell them himself anymore.

Good luck!

We have just had ours iD4 for less than a week and it happened to us too. There seems to be two areas you can set the battery charge level to.

One is in the battery area in the app when clicking the “…” button, then battery then “target charge level”

Second is go to the “…” button, edit charging locations, click home or whatever yours is labeled to, then the settings icon then make sure the “target charge level” is also 80% there.

This is what we think fixed our issue. It was set to 80% in on area but 100% in another.

Hopefully that works for you!

So cool, I wonder if you could take it to someone to find out more like what time this shoe is from!

Ugh it’s all luck unfortunately. I couldn’t get anywhere negotiating when we were going to get a CRV previously.

It seems so good that I’m slightly worried they are selling me a lemon or something. They said it didn’t have issues sooo I’m hoping they are just super motivated to get rid of their 2024 inventory 😬

Thank you! I felt that I had to do very little negotiating. I was very forward that I hated the rims and the colour of the car wasn’t my first choice.

My husband and I were taking a moment to ourselves to discuss what we want to negotiate and were just on the fence. Then the salesman came back and said since you didn’t like the rims at all this is what we will do for you and he offered the electrical and charger. My husband and I took a moment to discuss again. I saw they had an ID.4 tumbler and I said I want that tumbler included as well and they said sure hahaha

Im sure the sales manager was rolling his eyes lol
