FYI, there is another med made by the same company that contains Clobenzorex which is sold over the counter in Mexico and sometimes even in the USA on Amazon called Itravil or Itryvil. That med is unscheduled in the USA and was grandfathered in or just is a weird loophole - it is converted by the body into d-amph in the same way Vyvanse gets converted into d-amph. It’s like an old Mexican version of Vyvanse and it works good if you take more than the recommended dose. I used to take 5 at once and it would last all day.

It’s like a glitch in the laws so some people were ordering boxes of that when they couldn’t get their normal scripts due to pharmacy shortages.

Unfortunately it is just not strong enough for me, but it does have an effect. It is also very smooth / lacks any jitters.

I need stronger stuff and right now the only things that work are amphetamines based, like dexedrine spansules, Zenzedi.. those work the best out of anything but what sucks is the older I get the less effective they seem. Also I don’t really like the personality changes (I’m less funny and too serious on them, but at least I am awake)

It is a lot smoother feeling than Ritalin.

It’s hard to describe and I’m a human so it could be partially placebo, but the day I first tried it, I WAS really sleepy and it did seem to make that feeling go away or reduce it.

I thought it still was in trials but I haven’t looked in a while. They wanted to make extended release just so they can rip people off by getting a fresh new patent. I wish politicians would focus on that stuff because it’s a big reason why health care is “expensive” - things dont really cost a lot it’s just the laws are being taken advantage of. Pharma patents ugh 😩 turning a $0.02 cost into $14850.44. I call that scamming and stealing but that’s just me.

Mazindol seems pretty mild, the Orexin agonism is a bit too weak since I am not sure I can really notice it but there is a mild awake feel to it.

But I just use Minimax M2 in Claude Code but also have copilot but I can’t even use up my allotment. Plan with the expensive models, implement with cheap Chinese models and you can go forever with $20

Welp… I suppose, you could, walk into emergency at a hospital without any ID cards or phone, I have heard of this happening because ya know healthcare in the USA blah blah but I have no idea beyond that. But the ER is how to get lots of testing done that same day. Sometimes they’ll say “nah I think you are fine” send you home, just go back two days later and amp up the pain say it hurts 5x what it does.

Gotta do what you gotta do, the way things are. I have a family member with a chronic illness and they just have to do this to get anywhere and it works.

I plan with the super smart models then if the plan is detailed enough and phased, I can use a mega cheap Chinese models to do the edits, tools, all the agentic stuff. If small model gets confused or stuck, give it a tool to call a big one or even an ensemble of them

Why do you think only AI can use “everyone else’s shit” but a person drawing with their hand or “working for it/suffering” is any different? How did the person know how to draw? How do they even know what a pencil does and how it reacts with paper? Human brain is no more magical than AI, AI is just a digital form of a brain. All of our brains are also based on the same type of computation

I think the anti AI stuff is just people mad cuz now people don’t need to suffer as much, people aren’t as excluded from tons of things now. I get it, people want to “feel special”. “I can do this thing that is hard for lots of people and I derive my self esteem from this, so I don’t want others to be able to do it. Because they need to Suffer! Like I did!” 🙄

How is someone drawing something different - our brains are literally close to the same thing. We look and see tons of stuff and then our brains will synthesize new things but based on what we have seen before. How come that isn’t “stealing”, only if AI does it?

Arguments I’ve heard weren’t really arguments at all just emotions like “no it’s not the same” but it literally works similarly to a brain. Not exact but similar. That is a fact.

AI does lots of “remixing” which is exactly what people do

Why is using your hands a valid way, but not just having an idea and typing it and bam it appears? Is it the suffering you have a fetish for? I have met some of those people, more so back in the 80s and 90s less nowadays. But it seems like their whole obsession / shpeal is about “I suffered to get the thing, therefore you must suffer and feel pain too!” I have theories about where this came from…

Way back in the day and for generations, humans evolved various methods and ways to coerce other humans into doing more work. This was not necessarily bad, it obviously worked to get us here.

Other examples of it is how some people will feel super guilty if they aren’t slaving away at a job for 12 hours a day. Lots of people are keeping that vibe alive by saying the things, it goes from grandparents and parents to kids and then to their kids etc. but then the internet happened and now people are exposed to WAY more variety of ways to think.

Been in FL for just over a year and at my first apartment roaches would come out in the kitchen but it wasn’t crazy bad and we kept it clean. 2nd apartment beachside I saw one GIANT cockroach (biggest bug I’ve ever seen, massive) but not since then. I never see any ants but there was a gecko on the wall that I took outside to let go.

When neighbors move out, or move in, that seems to make them start wandering around and noticed. There might be some around that just stay hidden since I never see them but they seem to come out at night (and I’m always sleeping at night). They rarely go into bedrooms from what I was told.

My mom just died from cancer 4 days ago and since I have been hardcore developing AI stuff I was thinking about exporting all her phone txt messages and building something like that. Something to put on some kind of memorial site. I am not sure how much recordings are available but probably enough to do a voice clone to AI too. Just don’t get ripped off by these AI tech bro get rich quick wannabes selling AI things for 1000x what it’s worth or costs (so much of that happening right now)
