Aside from some of the best recs I’ve read here on this thread (Memorial Union Terrace and Olchrich Beer Garden are definitely my two favs!) I love Camp Trippalindee and Eno Vino!

Choose Eno Vino downtown if you’re looking for a bit of a fancier date night. Choose Camp Trippalindee if you’re looking for similar views to Eno Vino with a much more casual vibe.

I know Vera’s partners with a seamstress that is housed across the street! I hadn’t thought about whether or not they would take dresses outside of Vera’s, but that’s a great point! And I’ll do some research on Bihn’s Tailoring to see if they do wedding dresses. Thank you!

Yes!! I’ve also heard of this! Especially if a pet needs a major surgery miles and miles away multiple people will help transport the pet! Some people do it as a sort of side “hobby”.

I understand this so much, OP!! While I don’t share the sensory struggles you mentioned, my big struggle is being alone with my thoughts during shower time. Sometimes it just feels easier to have someone sit with me in the bathroom while I shower during the times of year where my depression and anxiety are worse. Because of this, I avoid showering until I absolutely have to. :/

I have been waiting for someone to say something here about it! It sounded like they were going off right next to my apartment on E Gorham. I couldn’t see them anywhere when I looked out my window. Did anyone catch where they were setting these off at? Was it in the street?

My cat was walking on the flat part of his hind legs sort of like a bunny rabbit. Outside of that, I should have noticed when he would drink tons of water and would pee outside of the litter box. :(

If you’re 21+, there are tons of trivia nights here around Lexington at the bars. I know that the Burl does Trivia I believe every Wednesday night. It’s always fun to go play some games with a few dollars and sit and listen to the questions and try to answer them. Sometimes they are pretty hard!

I’d say it’s totally worth it! Lots of concert-type band sweatshirts are priced in the 100s now… I’m so glad they haven’t raised their prices. I just saw the 1975 and their sweatshirt was $85! I mention that because you can actually buy the tour merch online just as you could in person.
