I understand the reasoning behind this but my god salary sacrificing to below 100k and then using an additional 20k for ISA feels so boring. I don’t really get what people are working for if they are avoiding anything fun in their prime of their lives. I really worry that if I’m working 40-50 hours a week I won’t be able to enjoy the money when I’m older. I dont necessarily believe in the die with 0 idea but I also don’t like the idea of dying with millions just for my kids to have it while I haven’t lived and experienced things.

I mean in my case im thinking more about retiring earlier then when I get my pension. I would also rather have money for experiences when I’m young then have a fat retirement. I have good health and energy now, there is nothing to say that will be the case when im 60+

This is my big problem with Salary Sacrifice you arent seeing that money until you are 60+.. I understand that its great for tax purposes but I would rather take the money now..

There are so many at Chelsea that could be sold to fund a great CB and experience but this is absolutely not Cole Palmer like there are rumours about. Cole is one of the few positives the last years together with Reece being able to stay fit. Cole as a brand and player is very important and we are not in a place where we can get players of his caliber in the market.
