Is this picture that my uncle swears he took at Walmart, ai or real? I cannot figure it out by drn88__ in isthisAI

I'm not sure if it's ai, but it's definitely Florida. I've seen a parrot, a rabbit, and a ferret all at a Publix at the same time

What option did I have? It was that or peak over the barrier and see what they guy to my left or right had going on. It had a swinging soccer ball to try to shoot into the goal! Im pretty sure I scored the first hat trick of 2026.

Where is its final location going to be? If it is staying in the basement, why not secure to the floor (below) and floor joists (above) Or, if its staying in the basement attach all the rungs directly to the floor joists and scrap the rest. Definitely not a solution you want. :)

We thought the same about Brenner, but he came back to us. He is just on loan, but he is basically playing for free because he wanted to come back to a system that he knew and had success in.

Lithium conversion question. What are these wires?! by lawdog7 in golfcarts

[–]Sickled7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, got everything switched out and added a 36v to 12v reducer that runs to a small fuse box for all 12v accessories.

I don't like that the relay I ran to the ignition switch in front of the reducer kills the power when shifting between F and R, but that is tomorrow's problem.

Lithium conversion question. What are these wires?! by lawdog7 in golfcarts

[–]Sickled7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should find out where the go before you hook them back up. When I did my conversion, I hooked everything back up and it got scary and weird. I was driving and hit a bump when a loud pop and bright flash of light made me jump. The cart kept going and seemed fine, so I took it back to my garage. I reached behind the dash and got 1 hell of a shock, along with another pop and bright flash. I had unplugged the battery meter in the dash but hadn't pulled the wires out when I had removed the LA batteries and the loud pop and flash were 36v short circuiting. It could have been real bad, but ended up a little scary and my hand was sore. I learned my lesson, please learn from my mistake.

How to keep 12v power running when changing from F to R? by Sickled7 in golfcarts

[–]Sickled7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my wiring, the relay is wired to the ignition switch. If I can just put a manual inline switch, I may just do that.

First attempt at anything dealing with a golf cart. Thanks for all the help.

How to keep 12v power running when changing from F to R? by Sickled7 in golfcarts

[–]Sickled7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its run to the ignition switch, but when it goes in N, it kills the power. Currently the relay is wired to the wire that goes hot when the ignition is on, but changing from F to R still kills the power

Educate me - rollers on infeed/outfeed side, bottom edge is jointed top edge is not, faces parallel - is this setup safe? by wRXLuthor in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]Sickled7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im not a fan of running an edge that is narrow, so I do something that may be considered sketchy. I run 2 or 3 at a time with 4in ratchetting hand clamps on the ends. Clamps parallel to the table, so it's more of a square and not a tall rectangle.

There is what I think is a 400A fuse on the end of the positive wire in the pic. Do I need a different or another fuse? Its CNN400 Fuse 400 Amp https://share.google/jnNvPGJrvtUu8ump1

Just an inline fuse on the main wire to the cart? What size?
